When sending a mail, the dialog that comes up to ask for file format extends off
screen. Have to move the window before you can click the button.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. type a mail
2. address it to someone
3. click send
4. dialog is not entirely on screen

Expected Results:  Whole dialog shoud be on screen

800x600 monitor resolution
G3 PowerBook

I can confirm this bug with 2000080104. Just as a note, you need to use 
HTML mail to send the message, not text. Marking confirmed.

This is the askSendFormat dialog, right? Fixed this with bug 38433.
