We currently don't have a fa l10n repository for the 1.9.1 branch.

Can we get this boot strapped as clone of http://hg.mozilla.org/l10n-central/fa/, together with its hooks? That should be single head and pushlog, as with other l10n repos, python:mozhghooks.pushlog and python:mozhghooks.single_head_per_branch.hook.
