This is something i've seen today, yesterday for a test i created a place:folder=92 bookmark on my toolbar. The id was wrong or i removed the folder later, opening the browser was not showing anymore the bookmarks toolbar contents. Removing the bookmark with sqlite manager fixed the issue. Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; it; rv:1.9.0.4) Gecko/2008102920 Firefox/3.0.4 I'll try to reproduce later on trunk.
fixed as bug 641074.
