467959 - Create a new consultants page

http://www.mozilla.org/support/consulting is out of date, and should be moved to a more appropriate location. 

This bug is about putting together a new version, and creating it in the correct location, while bug 467937 is about removing the old version in the support directory.

It might be easier to have the consultant information hosted on a wiki and then we can link to that from www.mozilla.org.  I'm happy to update the consultant information, but I think the information will be more current if we don't host it on www.mozilla.org.

I'm also cc'ing Brian King on this who has put together the consultants information at http://consultants.mozdev.org.

Yes, please put it on Wiki. People need to just be able to update it at will.

That will help keep it current.

And we shouldn't just move the mozdev content over, we should contact those folks and make sure they are still doing it.

I'm going to call this fixed. Page is up. I contacted folks via the mailing list.

It's up to Mozdev to decide what to do with the old page.

Note that http://www.mozilla.org/support/consulting is still up and redirects to Mozdev. A new bug should be opened to change the redirect to the new page.

I fixed the redirect for /support/consulting and updated the link on the Mozilla-based Applications page.  If you see the old link anywhere else, feel free to let me know.
