BUILD: Current trunk debug build

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1) Load any page you don't have bookmarked
2) Click the star in the url bar to bookmark it
3) Click the star again and click the "Remove Bookmark" button

ACTUAL RESULTS:
###!!! ASSERTION: Removing item we don't have: 'Not Reached', file /Users/bzbarsky/mozilla/debug/mozilla/toolkit/components/places/src/nsNavHistoryResult.cpp, line 3472

EXPECTED RESULTS: No assertion

this is pretty old and I guess not something we can debug now. Afair I have fixed at least 3 possible causes of wrongly fired "Removing item we don't have" assertions in the last 2 years, so I'm calling this WFM.
