468330 - Clean up and correct strings from bug 382187 landing

When doing the German L10n for bug 382187 string changes, I realized I forgot to correct some labels and to remove some now unused strings from the last 2 or so iterations of the patch.
I'll clean up and correct that in a followup patch here.

In the sort columns, I had forgot to change to "Last Visited" and "Title". To make sure localizers catch that, I changed the string IDs, which works in our favor for the latter, where we can remove a workaround done for the same thing in the opposite direction, actually. ;-)
For the former, it's not that much trouble either, actually, changing the anonid and its usages to "lastvisited".
The removed strings are those for which I removed the code using them in the patch iterations since v1.
