suite/browser/pageinfo/security.js and suite/browser/pageinfo/pageInfo.xul have some MOZ_PLACES ifdefs, we should kill that now that we've moved to places history and it's always defined.
This patch removes the ifdefs and makes the files be non-preprocessed. yay! :)

BTW, if you note a wrong visit count in page info when testing this, I just filed that as bug 468338.
