When you grab a tab (like when tearing), move it somewhere out of the tab bar, but suddenly realize you didn't want to tear it, you CAN'T PUT IT BACK. Even if you drag it back to the tabbar AT THE SAME POSITION (w/o releasing mouse), it still opens in a new window :(
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Choose a tab
2. Drag it outside of the tabbar (like to the content area) DO NOT RELEASE MOUSE
3. Drag the tab back to the tabbar FROM WHERE YOU TOOK IT (like put it back)
4. You get a "Not Available" cursor (crossed circle)
5. When you release mouse, the tab opens in new window
Actual Results:
4. You get a "Not Available" cursor (crossed circle)
5. When you release mouse, the tab opens in new window
Expected Results:
4. You get normal cursos
5. Tab snaps back to its place. Nothing has changed.

You can drop it back to the side of its original location, i.e. "move" it in the lineup to next to itself. However, yes, the current result of dropping a tab onto itself feels unnatural to me. It should abort the tear instead of open a new window.
An alternative would be to remove the tab from the tab bar on drag/tear instead of drop, thus negating this issue and better indicating that the tab has been "torn off".
