Addon manager shows empty dialog when addon installed in 3.0.4 and startup 3.1b2.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install any addon in FF 304
2. Exit FF 304
3. Start FF 3.1b2, go to Tools|Addons. Dialog shows empty
Actual Results:
Empty dialog
Expected Results:
Addon show show all the addons both compatible and in-compatible once.
