On a mac if you use two fingers on your trackpad over the tabs bar (when you have more than a window's worth) you can scroll to the right of to the left with two fingers on the trackpad.
The same should be available to scroll between two pages on the "List all tabs" view. I should be able to use too fingers and drag them to the right and it hsould switch to the second page of the 9 window pain in the list all tabs view.

That has to be implemented very sensitive otherwise you will scroll too fast through the list of pages. Another way could be to scroll to the next page only with one move?

Bug 465076 removed the pages from the all tabs view -> wontfix.
