46887 - OK button in address card properties box doesn't work after clicking on Instant Messenger tab

If the Instant Messenger tab in an address card properties box is clicked, the 
OK button no longer works: if the user clicks on OK, the properties box isn't 
closed. OK doesn't work even after another tab is selected.

observed with 2000-07-27-05-M17 build
 
Steps to reproduce:
1. Tasks->Address Book
2. Address Book File->New Address Book Card
3. Enter some info. in the fields
4. Click on the Inst Msg tab
5. Click on OK

expected result: properties box closes; a new card is created with correct info.
actual result: properties box stays open.

Was unable to reproduce or confirm with build 2000080808 on WinNT 4 sp6.

Not only was I not able to reporduce but it appears that in current builds there
is not even a IM tab. Just tabs for Name, Address, and Other.

I just tested with 2000080820M18 build and can no longer reproduce the problem. 
However, the IM tab IS still there.

Using build 2000-08-24 on win98, mac and linux this is fixed.  I see the IM tab
too in this build.  Verified
