469490 - Leak of Window Handles (Event)

This is similar to 306440. I get an increasing amount of handles used by Firefox according to Windows Process list.
It ended several times with my complete system going dead. (So I can not be 100% sure this is related, as once my windows froze, I cannot inspect the cause anymore)

In any case it seems to be a different type of handle as in bug 306440. Using Process Explorer the far most occurring Handle is of type "Event" and has no name. The properties say "Synchronization" With a ref count of 1.

I also noticed over 30 threads being counted. Does that fall into normal? (Got around 10 tabs open)

If there is a way I can extract more info, please let me know

Steps to Reproduce:
Just use firefox over a couple of days/weeks (depends on how many hours a day you do.

This is a mass search for bugs which are in the Firefox General component, are
UNCO, have not been changed for 500 days and have an unspecified version. 

Reporter, can you please update to Firefox 3.6.10 or later, create a fresh profile, http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/managing+profiles, and test again. If you still see the issue, please update this bug. If the issue is gone, please set the status to RESOLVED > WORKSFORME.

No reply from reporter, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.12 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
