Visit the FTP URL given, or any FTP site.  Though the URL of the page properly 
shows in the titlebar, " - Mozilla" (and the build ID) isn't appended to it.

Works for me, 2001060120 Win98. Title of URL is displayed as "Index of
/pub/mozilla/nightly - Mozilla {Build ID: 2001060120}"
I'm seeing this with local directories (c:\).  No "- Mozilla {BuildID: ... }" 
shows up.

Using build 2001073003 on Win2K
Sometimes the title is not changed when going from HTML to a directory listing.
When the title is changed, behavior is as described in 2001073003 Win98.

Asa said that he didn't think this was protocol specific, and not to worry about
this enough to put this in the test suites.

Also, mozilla 1.0 branched w/ this stubbed out, and the future of this window
title string is unclear.

If this regresses in some weird way (breaks only in one mode <html bad, tree
good> or breaks in FTP only, then reopen this bug.
