See bug 463459 comment #17 and #20 - we should switch to using browser.urlbar.default.behavior instead of browser.urlbar.search.sources for restricting urlbar searches to history. For bug 468326, we probably should somehow detect and switch a single bit of this pref then. Before switching this in SeaMonkey defaults, we need to ensure that unit tests set it to the value they expect, like I did for the other pref in bug 468341.
