47023 - If Profile Directory doesn't exist an error should occor

If you start Mozilla and the profile directory of the selected profile doesn't 
exist Mozilla just quits. No error message or anything.

This is easily reproduced on a WinNT system:
1) Create a profile that points to the users remote home drive (like S:)
2) Log into the WinNT system as someone else that doesn't have a S: drive
3) Start Mozilla. Mozilla just stop. No error.

I think this is a dup of bug 62418. There's already a patch there reviewed and
waiting sr.
