1. Change your theme to Modern, if you have an other theme selected
2. Open a page, that has buttons, eg. the page "Enter Bug" 
(http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=Browser)
3. The buttons on the page look exactly like the buttons in Mozilla dialog 
boxes.
4. Now change to Classic theme
5. Reload the page (but not by the Reload button, that crashes)
6. The buttons on the page still look like the buttons from the Modern theme

After step 5 the buttons on the page should look like the buttons from Classic 
theme.
html.css is the same for both skins...this is intentional.
