Bug 454878 seems to be causing test failures in test_cacheflags.js on branch. Once we either update nspr or land the workaround in 454587, we need to re-land these tests.

Wan-Teh, do you want to try for NSPR 4.7.3 in Firefox 3.0.6? Since bug 466531 has a patch, we can probably do that, but you should get it in the approval queue.

in bug 466531) yesterday.
