1.) Visit the above url, and select Enroll Now.
2.) Sign up for a free trial cert and click on Accept.
What happens: A Certificate Request is generated, but does not appear to be sent
to Verisign, since the same page is still there. Verisign's page "Step Two"
should appear. Also, no email is ever received from Verisign.
