I do this:
- clear data
- uncheck "save cookies" in the preferences
- browse to bugzilla.mozilla.org
- log in
- close fennec
- launch fennec
- browse to bugzilla.mozilla.org
- observe that you are logged in
If the save cookies is not checked, then we shouldn't remain logged in across startup/shutdown.

We have the wrong values associated with the pref element:
