Every time i go on youtube and watch a video, when the video is playing i click on the video and then leave my mouse hovering over it and attempt to scroll. The page won't scroll, and when i try to use keyboard shortcuts such as attempting to open a new tab, Control + T. Nothing happens until i click else where on that page that is not the video itself, such as on the comments, side of the video, etc. Then attempt the shortcut or scrolling again, and it will function just fine.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go on youtube and play a video.
2.Click on the video and leave mouse hovering over it.
3.Attempt to scroll or do keyboard shortcuts such as opening a new tab.
Actual Results:
Nothing happens, its like firefox never got the scrolling or keyboard command that i sent it to open a new tab or scroll down the page.
Expected Results:
Firefox should open me a new tab with about:blank. Or scroll further down the page.
I'm not exactly sure, but i think this bug didn't exist in firefox 2.* , it appears to only happen when on firefox 3.* . My OS is windows xp x86. I have tab mix plus addon plus add block plus.
