Hi heres my problem
I really love to use moziila firefox as a browser but something happend last day
so after an update i restarted the browser as it say and after that im not able to load any page.I am good with computers so i tried everything i can do like:
I installed 5 other versions of firefox and nothing changed same problem
I cleared the chache - no change
I deleted all the registry entries in windows and installed the latest version of firefox - and again can load any page
I turn off every firewall i have ( i dont have antivirus) - again nothing
no matter what page i try the only thing i see every time is this:"

but my Explorer is runing Ok 
This thing happend after an update and after that whatever i try nothing helps
Can you tell is there any way to see whats the problem and how to fix can you help me please , becuze i cant use firefox on this pc now :(
i tried to install chatzilla but i need mozila runing so i cant do this too
i tried to go the instant chat support its say you are closed
so what i can do please help me

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.I start the browser
2.Then it says cant load the page
3.Whatever page i tried it says cant load it
Actual Results:  
Moziila firefox canot run on my pc but explorer does

Expected Results:  
Canot load any page after update

I use windows vista
and the firefox is the latest version with default theme
i tried more than 5 versions from old to the latest 
and again same problem occur
what should i do, i think its impossible to run firefox propper again ot this pc please help mee :(

It is probably your firewall; you need to reconfigure it for the updated version.

Turning off a Firewall doesn't help at all.

Please use http://support.mozilla.com and not bugzilla, support request are unwanted here, marking this bug invalid
