471433 - 3.0.5 surveys are closed but links are still active

For example:

Has a link to the survey but when clicked there is an unfriendly "this survey is closed" message.  According to bug 466849 en-US, de and es-ES have been removed but no mention of all the other locales.

What's the status of the surveys?  If they are done webdev should be notified before they are closed.

I am going to close en-GB, I forgot this one when I removed en-US, my bad. The others are already removed except the Chinese ones, we didn't have enough data collected last week, and the japanese one which is on Mozilla Japan's plate.

removed in r21292 and pushed to production. For Japan, I am CCing Gen and Kohei to this bug. For Chineses, we need to wait for when Laura is back.
