Current description

does gives an example (the "ie.") but 
does not explicitly exclude other interop scenarios.

Removal of keyword interop from https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=470651 is a recognition of this issue.

Description of keyword 'interop' might be expanded to:

Interoperability bugs affecting the following component(s): {…}

Where the ellipsis … appears, I don't know what to suggest

but in bug 471953 component 'MailNews' can not be found.
