~800 crashes a week for all the BkavHook.dll crashes on crash stats.

Oh, I think Vietnamese localization team can't help about this issue.

BKAV is being declined in Vietnam. You should remove it as soon as possible.

This is not a good idea. Developers are trying their best to improve BKAV and solutions will be found soon.

BKAV is one of the worst anti-virus programs I've ever used.....
if u still want to use mozilla firefox, try using AVG or kaspersky....
