Other programs, including SeaMonkey, can handle that, but Firefox 3.05 cannot. DPI - setting screen size for fonts and things, say, from the normal 96 DPI to 150 DPI. When one has a large screen, fonts and things tend to be all too tiny on the screen. So, one increases the DPI-setting. But, Firefox 3.05 seems to have a severe fault; it cannot handle higher DPI settings but make things look ridiculous. The program's own menu bars swell up to ridiculous size, and web sites, including pictures, are shown in strange ways. Such as, an image that is 960 pixels wide, does not fit on a 1680 pixels wide screen, and cannot be zoomed down either. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
