Since the reftest-invalidation framework landed in bug 471365, this test has been failing randomly in Linux and Windows. I'm going to disable it, since it seems highly likely there's an underling bug that needs to be fixed.

My guess is that it's most likely the underlying bug is in the test, relating to reftest-wait being removed too early.  (I think that's what it was in bug 472267.)
