At https://developer.mozilla.org/en, I don't understand what "Ayuda", "Registrarse" "Iniciar Sesión", "Imprimir Página", and "Editar página" mean.

Under languages, there is no option for English (and no languages are currently selected).

I see the same problem when I log in and set my language to English in the preferences.
The English option isn't available because you're looking at the English version of the page.  For some reason, the wrong language skin strings are getting picked up.  I'm looking into it.  This is actually a duplicate of 472315.
