Visit any webpage and zoom out. Many, if not all, images on the page now have a thin black border on the top and left. This started sometime since FF 3. I used to use the zoom feature a lot but I've stopped because of this.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. visit reddit.com
2. zoom out
Actual Results:
Logo image at top of page now has black border on top/left.

Expected Results:
No mysterious border.
