Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.2a1pre) Gecko/20090106 Minefield/3.2a1pre ID:20090106020453 Currently its not allowed to drag a selection of folders and bookmarks onto a folder of the left pane within the Library. Steps: 1. Create a folder 'test' with some sub-folders 2. Place some bookmarks into 'test' 3. Open the Library and select 'test' in the left pane 4. Select all bookmarks and folders in the right pane 5. Try to drag the selection to another folder of the left pane Step 5 doesn't work if you have selected different types, means bookmarks and folders. If the selection only covers one of those types the drag action is allowed. We should also allow a mixed selection.

actually i can't reproduce the issue, nor can Henrik today. He will try to create a testcase for it, maybe some required step is missing to activate the issue.
untargeting unless we have steps to reproduce or a confirm.

Ok, this is a new feature for 3.1 which was added with the patch on bug 418671 and fixed by bug 384095 too. Accidentally I tried to d&d a selection of folders to a sub-folder which also exists inside the selection. So this is WFM.

Bug 451915 - move Firefox/Places bugs to Firefox/Bookmarks and History. Remove all bugspam from this move by filtering for the string "places-to-b-and-h". In Thunderbird 3.0b, you do that as follows: Tools | Message Filters Make sure the correct account is selected. Click "New" Conditions: Body contains places-to-b-and-h Change the action to "Delete Message". Select "Manually Run" from the dropdown at the top. Click OK. Select the filter in the list, make sure "Inbox" is selected at the bottom, and click "Run Now". This should delete all the bugspam. You can then delete the filter. Gerv
