For bug 155172 we need to be able to set up usernames/passwords within the smtp fake server so that we can check for wrong values/different values.

This patch adds the capabilities and adds an Auth Login option - I'm not using it yet, but seeing as I had written it.

All these tests will still pass, this is just restructuring to make it easier to land the test for bug 155172 later.

It also makes use of the btoa function that we now have available to us.
