My original reason for opening this bug was to request the ability to edit passwords via the Saved Passwords dialog. I'd still like to do that, but I wouldn't need to if I could just associate sites by a keyword.
For example:
logon.intranet.company.com/
logon.external.company.com/
If I change my password at the intranet site, I'd like some way to tell firefox to also change the password at the external site.
There are also about 20 intranet sites that I log on to with my Active Directory user. Those sites don't support NTLM authentication, so I have saved passwords. Every time I change my Active Directory password now, I have to go in and delete all the entries for the old password. (boo)
