Build Identifier: 0.2.98

i've installed the weave xpi, and it nicely asks me to sign in.
i enter a username, password and encryption passphrase.
i get back a nice blue "Signed in" which makes me believe i'm signed in.

but it turns out that i have to register first, i.e. the "Signed in" seems totally bogus and misleading!

(and, since registration is no more possible, i needed to set up my own weave server.
now it works fine.)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. sign in with an unregistered account
Actual Results:
nice blue "Signed in" feedback,
no obvious error messages anywhere,
only some hint in some debug level log, see https://labs.mozilla.com/forum/comments.php?DiscussionID=4950&page=1

Expected Results:
some error feedback anywhere, so that the user is not led to believe that everything went fine.

i'm using iceweasel 3.0.5 (debian)

this bug seems to be similar to 442767, but there the user actually has an account.
I believe this is now fixed in hg, will leave open until I confirm.
