473073 - Version 2.0.0.19 installed but Thunderbird keeps saying the 2.0.0.19 update is available

Build Identifier: 2.0.0.19 (20081105)

I have installed Version 2.0.0.19; and help/about shows:
   "version 2.0.0.19 (20081105)".

However, I regularly get a pop-up window saying:
   "An update for Thunderbird is available: Thunderbird 2.0.0.19 It is strongly recommended that you upgrade Thunderbird as soon as possible."

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.click on "Help",
2.click on "Check for Updates";
3.or, just wait until the regular time it checks for updates.
Actual Results:  
A pop-up window appears as mentioned in the Details above.

Expected Results:  
It should recognize that 2.0.0.19 is already installed.

Donald have encontered the same problem also in next updates (to .20, to .21 etc)?

It seems a dupe of bug #340535 (that is a dupe of bug #466778).

Feel free to reopen it if I'm wrong.
