Observed with win32 2000-08-02-04 build to reproduce go to Tasks->Privacy and Security->Password Manager->Change Master Password... Then PSM crashes. I get "connection refused" errors afterwards when I try to read the mail on an IMAP account whose password is NOT managed by the PSM. However, I have no problems connecting to an IMAP account whose password IS managed by the PSM.

it doesn't crash anymore on my 2000080712M17 build, but I do get an "Unable to change the master password that protects your security" error dialog box.
