Details

Having a method to get all informations on an item would help a lot when we have to backup, export and with the transaction manager. Would probably also help Weave and other sync apps.

Actually we have to call a method for every property (title, keyword, dateAdded, lastModified, index, and so on), reducing the query volume could help performance.
