when try to save a web page ,pdf (or any file) opened in firefox it again downloads the content from server which consumes twice the amount of bandwidth required. this makes me to open explorer when openeing a pdf.I love firefox and i dont want to use other browser for a single reason .I am a newbie to this bugzilla. this is the best i can explain .

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open any web page,or pdf
2.Save the page or pdf
3.you can see the bandwith being used.
Actual Results:
The pdf file is again loaded downloaded from server.Bandwith consumed is twice the required.once to show on browser and again to save the file

Expected Results:
the file should be saved from browser cache(not a technical guy so dont know what it actually does). As the file is already loaded and is being displayed should be saved without downloading again
Summary: when i save a page or pdf the browser again downloads the page which consumes more bandwith of internet wher this doesnt happens in explorer → when i save a page or pdf the browser again downloads the page which consumes more bandwith of internet where this doesnt happens in explorer
