User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.0.5) Gecko/2008120122 Firefox/3.0.5 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.0.5) Gecko/2008120122 Firefox/3.0.5 When staring a new Firefox session, the context menu works as expected. But very soon the context menu displays the wrong menu items. For example, on a text box I get “Save Link As…, Send Link…, Copy Link Location”, and there are no “Copy, Cut, Paste” options. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open new Firefox session (context menu works as expected) 2. Navigate to any other site, open new tab, etc. 3. Right-click on any object Actual Results: Context menu items not as expected. Also menu items don't work at all. Expected Results: Display the correct menu items, and menu items should work. This problem started when I upgraded to FF 3.0.5

Sounds very much like a broken extension. http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Troubleshooting+extensions+and+themes If you find a broken add-on, post its name and version here.
I found the culprit : Video DownloadHelper 4.0.1 Add-On!!!! I have disabled it and the Context Menus are back to normal.
Good. Please report this problem to the add-on's developers. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3006 Listed support page: http://www.downloadhelper.net/support.php Not a Mozilla bug. Closing.
