When you displace a tab onto itself, it opens a new window with the tab, and it's very frustrating. When you move the tab on itself on more than 5 pixels, it opens systematically a new window. This happens when we navigate really quick. The only way to cancel it is to move it on another tab.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click and hold the tab
2. Move it ON itself for more than 5 pixels
3. Unhold the tab

Another way :
1. Click on the tab
2. Move the mouse very fast
Actual Results:  
Opens a new window.

Expected Results:  
Nothing.

Occurs with every theme.
