If you visit a https website with expired certificate Firefox warns you about it.
If you then try to view the site's certificate via Page Info -> Security -> View Certificate you will notice the button is not there. Only if you click "Add Exception..." you have a chance to view it.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit https://i.broke.the.internet.and.all.i.got.was.this.t-shirt.phreedom.org/
2. Tools -> Page Info -> Security
Actual Results:
It does not display the "View Certificate" button
Expected Results:
It should have displayed the "View Certificate" button as usual on https pages
