User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.0.5) Gecko/2008120122 Firefox/3.0.5
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.0.5) Gecko/2008120122 Firefox/3.0.5

In my example URL above, if you access the page while using Windows XP and any version of Firefox the page will stop rendering content about 2/3 of the way down the page. If you remove the overflow-x and overflow-y CSS then everything will display perfectly.

The missing rendered content is only reproducible on Firefox in Windows. I have tried multiple browsers on multiple operating systems (including Firefox on Linux) and this problem doesn't happen there.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Firefox in Windows XP
2. Browse to http://www.strokeseat.com/firefox_windows_bug.html
3. Scroll down the page until the content doesn't display (about 2/3 of the way down)
Actual Results:
The content that should display all the way down the entire page only shows up for a portion of it.

Expected Results:
The entire page should be displayed, all the way to the bottom.

Tried on multiple computers, nothing extra installed inside of Firefox. Just a base installation.
