When Mozilla shows the CA in the chrome, it will identify many Verisign certs as having been issued by "RSA Data Security, Inc.". Verisign still uses this old CA cert because it's guaranteed to be marked as trusted in most browsers. We need to substitute the string "VeriSign, Inc." when we encounter the RSA string. I assume this would be done in the mozilla PSM glue layer.

Fixed in the Win32, Mac and linux builds with PSM 1.3. Will verify when PSM 1.3 is in the builds.
