There should be a possibility to move search folders between account subtrees, or place it on account level instead of subfolder level

User should have an option to place search folder not only inside mail account hierarchy, but either on top level. Also should be a possibility to move search folders between accounts and to the top level from inner account folders, and back. Reproducible: Always
yes, and while we're at it, moving saved searches should keep them as saved searches, which is not happening, at least across accounts.
