To simplify data migration it would be good for talos to be able to send its collected results to both the old graph server db and the new graph server db. After the data migration period is complete the talos code for sendind data in the old graph server format could be removed. This will also require some alterations to buildbot Talos code to allow for double sending of results.

This work is being done in the bug handling the addition of the new graph server send data format to Talos, I'll just be sure to keep the ability to send data in the old format in the codebase.
