It would be nice to have a pref to change position of the new tab button like the close button so it is not always on the right of the last tab.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Display the tab bar

Actual Results:  
New tab button is on the right of last tab.

Expected Results:  
New tab button can be in old position or new position.
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
