The second problem is that randomly firefox will freeze and crash. There is no
specific website it will do this on, it appears to be on website that take a
little long to load though. When it crashes, it asks if I want to send an error
report to Microsoft, so I do. And Microsoft tells me to get the latest version,
which I have. I've reinstalled firefox a couple of times, and it still does
this. It did it on the old version also but on my other laptop.  This is a new laptop and here we go again.  I will be in the middle of something, waiting for it to load, it will kinda freeze, then crash!  So sick of these new firefoxes as it never happened with the first ones

There is no specific website and no rhyme or reason to this bull.  I really hate to go back to using ie, but when I have used it I have no problems at all.
