I'm having problems syncing a new computer.
Lots of bookmarks are not being added.
They are throwing this error message.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Weave 0.2.98 on new computer.
2. Sync
3.
Actual Results:  
Many bookmarks are missing and lots of folders are empty

Expected Results:  
All bookmarks should have been downloaded.

Can you confirm if this still happens?  I haven't seen it with 0.2.110.
