Same goes for the various hyphens and dashes, and letters with diacritical marks. Likely more difficult to implement, but two single quotes and a double quote would also ideally be treated the same. Reproducible: Always Not sure whether to mark this as a minor bug, or an enhancement. I guess I'll go with minor and it can be marked down from there.
