After double-clicking a Task from Today pane to edit it, I can open more instances of the same task

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Task "test" from Today pane
2. Open Task "test" from Today pane
3. Open Task "test" from Today pane
4. Check you have 3 instances of the same task opened
5. change the text in the body of the task and Save&Close it
6. try to Save&Close the other two instances of the task
7. You will get an error message "error number: MODIFICATION_FAILED"
Actual Results:  
you have 3 instances of the task "test" opened in different windows

Expected Results:  
When you try to open a second instance of task "test" 
the window of the first instance should come in front.
It shouldn't be possible to open more than one instance of a Task

The same bug occurs with Events.
