I was able to delete the same after I closed the browser Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Upload a file using html form in Firefox 2.After complete upload locate the file in local system and try to delete (Browser should be running) 3.Now close the browser and delete Actual Results: My permission to delete the file was denied Expected Results: Software should have closed the file handler once after it was uploaded.
