i have php scripts on my page and mozilla won't start them

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.start mozilla
2.go to http://user.plov.omega.bg/bozhan/php.html
3.try last link at right (http://bojan.plov.net/news/addnew.php)

Actual Results:  mozilla won't follow link

Expected Results:  have to start php script

Could someone investigate what the real problem is here?

It works for me, Linux 2000081320. It took a few seconds for the frame to load,
but it did load.
Target Milestone: --- → Future
slow, but works on 20000919.  marking worksforme. Reporter, can you still
reproduce this on a new build?

tested on linux 2000092810 MN6 comm bits. the link appears to load fine for me.
